Application: Pour a little of the product on a cotton pad and gently press it to heavily made-up areas of the face such as the eyes and lips for several seconds at a time. Then gently wipe away make-up and dirt. Repeat as necessary. Remove eyeliner and mascara remnants between the lashes using a cotton swab dipped in MICELLAR WATER.
