1. NOURISHING PREP WORK Our Lip Primer (No. 1163) is the perfect base for your Liquid Lipstick. Apply it with the applicator as a fine film. As an ultra-thin layer on the lips, it smooths out uneven patches and tiny lines in the lips. The optimum base for even color.
2. COLOR-INTENSIVE FINISH Using the applicator, now apply short lines of the Liquid Lipstick to the outer edges of your lip contour. Then fill in the rest of your lips with color. Wait briefly to let dry and voilà: Your lips gleam in rich color.
